The Mallorca-based company has been recognized for its wireless automation solution for hotels and buildings, designed to improve energy efficiency and operational management without renovation work or complex cabling.

[Voltic](https://voltic.es/en), the commercial brand of Voltic Technologies, S.L., has been recognized as the company with the highest potential in the Balearic Islands in the 19th edition of the [EmprendeXXI Awards](https://www.emprendedorxxi.es/en/), an initiative driven by CaixaBank through DayOne and co-awarded with Enisa in Spain.

The regional award ceremony was held in Palma de Mallorca with the support of Fundació Bit and ADRBalears.

Voltic was recognized for developing a *plug-and-play* wireless automation solution for hotels and buildings, designed to manage HVAC, energy consumption and other room and building services without invasive renovation work or complex infrastructure deployments.

Voltic’s solution enables hotels and buildings to digitize rooms and operations quickly, scalably and without construction work, making remote control, real-time monitoring and energy optimization easier to implement.

This recognition marks another important milestone for Voltic and reinforces the value of a technology developed in the Balearic Islands with the ambition to transform building operations, especially in the hospitality sector, through more agile, efficient and sustainable solutions.

In this edition, the winning company in the Balearic Islands receives a €6,000 cash prize, access to an international support program, participation in the EmprendeXXI Investors Day, and membership in the AlumniXXI community.
